So we have decided that it may be kind of cool to start a blog about our family and how it is rapidly changing!
Our family has changed so much in the past year and a half. May 30, 2009 Jason and I got married after 8 years of dating. It was an amazing day, better than we could have ever imagined. We were so grateful to have such great people there to celebrate a perfect day with us.
On October 1st, 2009- we got the great news that we would be expecting our first child. We couldn't have been more excited. The pregnancy went great. I can honestly say that I enjoyed being pregnant. It is such an amazing process to me. After 9 long months of anticipating and 36 hours of labor, Carson Patrick Ernst was born at 1:50pm weighing in at 7lbs 14.1oz and 19 inches long.
Carson is almost 4 months old now, and we cannot believe how fast our little man is growing. He just started rolling over and loves "standing up". He can support his weight as long as he has something to lean up on and can stand for about a minute at least! Before we know it, he is going to be crawling and talking.
